Each 12X12 booth space will be clearly marked prior to arrival.
As we are on the open prairie, there will be no electrical hookups and no grilling or open flames will be allowed.
For each 12X12 space desired, a $50 security deposit is required.
The deposit check will be returned to you upon reconciliation the following day.
Vendors may arrive as early as 12:00 p.m. and must be in the gate by 2:00 p.m. Booth must be set up and presentable with all vehicles returned to designated parking space by 3:30 p.m. Vendors must stay for the duration of the event.
All merchandise must be marked in $1 increments - we encourage vendors to round their prices up to the nearest dollar or offer multiples to even dollar increments. Cash will be exchanged for tickets, which will be used at ALL vendor booths. Tickets will be collected at the end of the evening, secured, and then counted the following morning in the vendor’s presence.
The vendor will then receive payment at that point.
We are not charging a booth fee. A 10% commission will be charged on all sales. Your “fee” will be based on your success - risk free! (Similar events would charge $50-$150)
