Welcome to Dragon Country!! Tyro Middle School will be hosting a Sixth Grade Transition Day for all rising sixth graders on August 5, 2021, from 9:30-11:00. The purpose of this program is to try to help acclimate students to middle school prior to arriving on August 16.  As you know, 2020-2021 was a difficult year for many students, and we are trying to make this transition as seamless as possible -- we want all our new students to know how much we value them and want them here at Tyro Middle School!!

The morning of August 5th will be filled with information about Student Life, Athletics, and Academics. Students will also receive their schedule on this day and tour the school to locate their classes.
 There will be no transportation provided for this event, but we sincerely hope that arrangements can be made so everyone can attend.  Please make a commitment to your child and plan for them to attend our Sixth Grade Transition Day on August 5, 2021. The last day to register is August 4th 2021, so register today!!
