If your child is a car rider, you may drop them off at 9 AM. End of the day pick up is at 3:40 PM.

If you have more than one child at Mennies School, please complete a separate form for each child.

IMPORTANT...If you have a change in transportation, after this form is submitted, please inform the teacher in writing.

Additionally, inform your child's teacher if your child is a car or bus rider on the first day of school.

Once you submit this form, if your child is going to be a car rider, you may pick up car tags, August 27th, 28th or 29th 8 am- 4 pm or September 3rd and 4th 8 am- 4 pm. Please bring your ID.

Car rider EVERY DAY (Guardians may come with ID for their car tags on the dates and times listed above. )

Bus rider EVERY DAY(REVIEW your bus pass on the Parent Portal)

Champions AFTER SCHOOL program EVERY DAY (must be enrolled prior to the start of school. Enroll at discoverchampions.com or 800-246-2154)
