Looking to get involved in your child's school? The PTO has plenty of opportunities to volunteer! Please fill out the questionnaire if you're looking to become a class parent or help with any PTO events. A description of class parent and grade parent responsibilities is below. Class Parent responsibilities include:
1.) act as a liaison between the classroom teacher and the PTO
2.) manage the classroom sign-up sheet for special events, volunteering and supplies
3.) distribute information to the class via email in a timely matter
4.) work cooperatively with the grade parents on the selected service project
5.) participate in monthly PTO meetings as determined with other grade level volunteers (3rd Wed of each month at 9:15am via Zoom).
Grade Parent responsibilities include:
1.) act as coordinator between class parents on your grade level
2.) determine a representative from your grade level to be present at each monthly PTO meeting
3.) coordinate the service project for your grade level
4.) work with the PTO Treasurer to handle collection of dues and grade level bank accounts
