Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Humane Society of Hobart, Inc. (HSH). We know your time is valuable and we appreciate your willingness to spend it helping our homeless animals. HSH is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization which operates an open-door shelter. Volunteers with a wide variety of skills are needed to ensure the success of helping us care for and find homes for our animals. Your help is GREATLY appreciated! Please fill out the application below and the Volunteer Waiver Agreement. This information will help us identify the volunteer positions that you would enjoy most and will be most beneficial to our animals. After we review your application, a staff member will contact you to discuss the volunteer opportunities that are currently available based on your skills and experience. We ask that you volunteer two times or more per month for a minimum of six months.
Volunteers under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian volunteering with them at all times.
