(RVT) Surfacing an unconscious diver using his BCD

Reasons for disqualification for the four different ways to surface an unconscious scuba diver:

1. Rescuer did not keep the airway open of the victim.

2. Rescuer did not deflate the BCD that's not in use

3. Rescuer took longer than 10 seconds to start going up

4. Rescuer did go faster than 18 m/min or slower then 8 m/min as judged compared to the speed of the bubbles

5. Rescuer at some point sunk back down.

6. On the surface the rescuer took longer than 15 seconds to inflate both BCD's

7. Rescuer did not mention he considered the removal of the weight belts.

8. Rescuer dropped the unconscious diver.

9. On the surface the rescuer did not pay attention to the airway, if you take the regulator out make sure you only do so when you're sure the mouth is staying above water. It's not wrong to leave the regulator in if you hear the victim breathing and if you announce that the waves are too high to remove the working regulator.
