Safe Bars RVA
Training restaurants, bars, coffee shops, venues, and campus organizations to stand up to sexual harassment, aggression, and violence. 

To make the most of our training, we ask each establishment to encourage full participation from staff, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and management, ensuring staff-wide buy-in and a unified approach.

Additionally, we request that you inform your team in advance about the training's focus on preventing sexual violence. This helps create a supportive environment by giving everyone the opportunity to prepare for this important, yet sensitive, subject matter.

We are currently offering trainings free of charge. However, if the session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or if more than 50% of the total staff don't show up (unless previously discussed), there will be a fee of $240 assessed to pay for the trainers time.
