The developer evangelism handbook (http://developer-evangelism.com) has been widely used in the last years by several companies and individuals. It is time to get a brushing up and get some new chapters as well as different formats. This survey is there to help me to learn more about your needs before I start writing. I will also start a kickstarter to help me with the funding of some of the new materials.

What format should the guide be in other than an online repository? *

As a rule, the guide will be online and stay online. I had a few requests for other formats. Please be honest here, don't just tick all of the options but tell me what really would be helpful seeing that some options are much more time-consuming.
