Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year! Thank you for your interest in our after-school program!

Here you will find: the C.A.P. Parent Handbook and Registration Form. The C.A.P. Parent Handbook is a comprehensive breakdown of all of C.A.P.'s information including: schedules, payments, program structure and our behavior and safety policy. The Registration Form is what parent(s)/guardian(s) need to fill out to enroll their student(s) in C.A.P.  Please read through the C.A.P. Parent Handbook as you fill out each section of the Registration Form.

When you have finished reading and filling out the questions, simply click "Submit". Completing and turning in the enrollment packet does not guarantee a spot. Please allow a few business days for a confirmation via email. In the case we are at full capacity, you will be contacted with a Wait List message. Please note that we will be unable to process incomplete packets, so make sure you complete every section. Incomplete enrollment packets will go to the bottom of the list. Each packet is processed at first come, first serve basis.
