InsightLA Dharma Pals Match Form
Feeling in need of spiritual friendship during this time of uncertainty? You're not alone <3

In light of increased social distancing, InsightLA wants to offer opportunities for people to remain connected virtually - so we're offering to match community members as Digital Dharma Pals! These are spiritual support buddies you can regularly connect with by phone, Zoom/Facetime or email to practice together, and offer/find caring support. Fill out this form with information about yourself and what you'd love in a Dharma Pal, and we'll match you up with someone(s) whom we think you'd vibe with.

After we make the introduction, we'll leave it to you to decide how to connect and how often. We'll also send out occasional emails with conversation ideas for some extra inspiration. For questions or suggestions, email me at dharmapals@insightla.org.
