Hotel Accommodation Rules
The payment for living should be done at the time of registration. The payment for the hotel should be made till 12:00 am the day of checkout. If the client stays at the hotel less than 24 hours he/she pays the whole amount despite the time of his/her check in. When a person checks in from 00:00 till 12:00 (early arrival) and checks out from 12:00 till 00:00 (late departure) the extra-payment is taken for 12 hours. If the client has the intention to stay at the hotel for extra-time, he or she has to inform the administrator for his or her checking out at least 15 minutes before his or her leaving.
The administration of the hotel is not responsible for clients violation rules of safety, rules fire safety, things and money left in rooms, the action of persons who don’t live in the hotel. The guests signature on the file card gives the right to the hotel to take the payment from credit card of the guest.
