RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Although your group has been granted the privilege of using the park or facility we would like you to keep in mind that other East Greenwich residents may also be using these facilities. A spirit of mutual cooperation by all park/facility users would be appreciated.
2. The Park site will be opened and available from the hours of 8:00 a.m. to dusk unless otherwise posted.
3. No alcoholic beverages are permitted in any of the facilities or park areas
4. A copy of this permit will be issued to you. Please be sure to have it available for inspection on the day of your activity.
5. Only licensed vehicles will be permitted in Thompson Family Park. These are to be operated only on designated roadways and parked only in designated parking areas.
6. Camping, erecting a tent or shelter in any park is strictly prohibited.
7. The applicant shall be responsible for the conduct of all participants attending the group function. Participants must conform to all park facility rules and maintain self-control at all times. Consideration must be maintained for the privacy of other park users and residents in nearby areas.
8. There is NO playing of golf, riding bikes, or riding of off-road vehicles permitted on the playing surfaces.
9. The defacing, destruction or removal of any field, goal, bench or any other form of EGSA owned equipment will result in the loss of the permit.
10. LITTERING is strictly prohibited. Participants must clean up the area prior to the conclusion of their functions. Litter receptacles are provided for refuse from park functions.
11. No burning of fires permitted except in the designated grills and fire pits. All fires MUST be fully extinguished before leaving.
12. No dogs are permitted on any of the playing fields. No motorized vehicles are permitted in any area of the parks other than designated parking areas. Use of unregistered motor vehicles is prohibited in the parks.
13. Your group is to abide by the field usage guidelines and cancel any activities when EGSA closes the fields due to inclement weather.

15. The East Greenwich Soccer Association reserves the right to suspend, revoke, annul or otherwise terminate any application granted in the event in their discretion they determine that the above rules and regulations or parts thereof are being violated or there are reasonable grounds to suppose that the Thompson Family Park and EGSA property is being abused.
