Children’s Yoga with Suzanne: Grades K - 6

Come and join Suzanne, of Water and Rock Studio, for an 11- week session of fun, energetic and calming yoga classes on Friday afternoons! Guided by animal and nature themes, your child will stretch, breathe, move, and most of all have fun through songs, postures, and games. Children's Yoga encourages strength and balance, while building social skills, self-confidence, and body awareness. Suzanne Brubaker, E-RYT 200, is the co-owner of Water and Rock Studio, and has decades of experience working with children, including 10 years as a school psychologist and 6 years teaching yoga for children. Grades K-5
Each class will run 45 minutes in length. From 3:00-3:45pm.
The session fee is $165 per student for first trimester.

Dec: 7th, 14th, 21st Jan: 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th February: 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd.

NOTE:  Registrations will be accepted on a "first come-first serve" basis and cannot be confirmed until payment has been received.  Payment is due before classes begin, and this class will require six students in attendance to run.
Please send checks payable to CVSD with Yoga class and your child's name in the memo field.  If there are any outstanding payments from previous semesters those will need to be paid in full prior to registering for a new school year.
