Public Works Theatre Co. Clown Camp 2019 Registration
Welcome to Public Works Theatre Co. summer camp registration! Here's the scoop:
In this camp we'll explore the fine art of silliness! Incorporating magic, simple circus arts (balance boards, juggling, partner acrobatics) and clown routines, we'll make a show to perform on the last day of camp at 2.00pm. The show will be at the Mary Miller Theater in Lafayette, 300 E. Simpson Street.
We play theatre games to encourage ensemble play and imagination, learn skills, have outdoor play time and do some crafts along the way, like making your own juggling balls or magic tube!
Public Works Artistic Director Sondra Blanchard will lead camp along with an assistant.

Camp on Friday the 12th will be at the Mary Miller Theater, 300 E. Simpson Street, Lafayette.
$285 per camper
$20 materials fee due on the first day of camp
Register by April 15th and receive a $15 discount!
Refer a friend and receive a $10 discount!
There is a $10 discount total for families enrolling more than one camper ($10/camper).
Limit: Two discounts per camper

If your child has any allergies or medical conditions of which we need to be aware, please give details below.
If someone other than you will be picking up your child, please list their full name and contact information. This includes your spouse or partner. We will not let your child be picked up by anyone not on this list. We will also ask for an updated list closer to the start of camp.

Once you have registered your child, we will hold your child's spot for seven business days. During that time we kindly request that you pay your child's tuition. The Paypal link will be sent once the registration form is received. If payment is not received within seven business days, your child's spot will be released. In the event that your child will not be able to attend camp, a 100% refund is available until May 15th. After May 15th, 50% of the tuition will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
