Shepherd Community Center is a faith-based organization with a mission of breaking the cycle of poverty in their neighborhoods on the near-east side of Indy.

Each June, Shepherd hires 15 Summer interns (2 month internship) and 15 fellows (1 year residency) to join their team to assist the facilitation of effective programs and also give the intern/fellow valuable experience with a well established, non-profit compassionate ministry.
