Mission UX Call for Speakers
Deadline for speaker proposal submission is 11/17/22

Mission UX is designed to bring UX best practices to the forefront of Defense. This one-day event offers a unique opportunity to learn from UX experts serving top-tier industry clients and leading UX practitioners across organizations and agencies in the DoD. Participants will gain new skills, tools, and knowledge with immediate applicability to enhancing mission-critical systems and services of warfighters.

This event is for government employees, military personnel and government contractors working on systems and equipment interested in brining commercial user-centered design best practices to their own work.

Talks will be 30-minute talks to maximize attendees takeaways. This year's topics include (but aren't limited to):
- How to communicate the value of HSI and UX work for greater ROI
- Designing user-centered systems around your constraints
- Defining a balanced approach to a product with or without user feedback
- Methods for identifying user requirements
- HSI and UX best practices for repeatable success

Please note: This event is taking place in person on Thursday, January 26, 2023 in Washington, D.C. Filling out this RFP does not guarantee you a spot in the final event lineup. Event website here
