2019 Fundamentals Teacher Training Application
Please provide the following information and click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page to send us your application. Separately, please send in a photo and pay the $50+HST non-refundable application fee to complete the application process. The fee can either be paid in person at the studio, by phone at 416-515-8885, or online (see link below). Upon receipt of your application fee, your application will be reviewed. If you haven't been contacted regarding your application within 7 days of submitting it, please contact the studio.
