Guided Tour Request at ICA Philadelphia
ICA Tours are interactive exchanges designed to enhance your experience and understanding of the artwork on view. Tours are scheduled on Wednesday - Sunday between 12:30 to 4:30 pm.

Guided tours are free to the UPenn community and The School District of Philadelphia. For all other groups there is a $50 fee. The fee is due once a Gallery Ambassador has been booked. To request a fee waiver, leave a comment in the form.

Please note:
  • Tours will not be available November 24 , 2025- February 25, 2026. 
  • Tours are subject to the availability of a Gallery Ambassador; please fill out this form at least two weeks prior to your visit
  • We require 1 adult is present for every 5–7 children
  • If you plan to visit as a school group, we encourage the instructor(s) to preview the exhibition ahead of time to ensure the content is appropriate for the age group 
  • Tours typically last 30-45mins
  • Tours are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation notification from  Elizabeth Chong, Visitor Services Coordinator; please allow 2-3 business days for a response
  • Requests for tours more than 25 people are subject to approval and may require an additional fee
  • Requests for tours outside of opening hours  (Wednesday- Sunday 12:30-4:30pm) are subject to approval on a case-by-case basis with an after hour fee starting at $500.
