How did you hear about us?
The undersigned (“Renter”) agrees to assume full responsibility for the use of the event space during the rental period. The Renter hereby releases, waives, and holds harmless RoyalT Learning Center, its owners, officers, agents, representatives, employees, and contracted staff from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, losses, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or related to the rental, occupancy, or use of the event space, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, theft, or loss occurring to the Renter or any guests, invitees, vendors, or attendees, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct of the venue.
The Renter further agrees to be financially responsible for any damage to the facility, furnishings, equipment, or surrounding property caused by the Renter or any guests, vendors, or attendees during the rental period.
