Spots are 8' x 8' and the tables we provide are 6' long. Will you be:

Bringing your own tables & chairs ($100 per spot, $50 deposit)

Have us provide you with 1 table & 2 chairs ($125 per spot, $60 deposit)

You will be contacted to provide a deposit via the email address or Instagram provided. The deposit is required to reserve your spot and is due ASAP. The remaining balance is due a maximum of 48 hours before the market:

Vendor spaces will be assigned. Placement, flow and competition will be taken into consideration to provide the best experience for market attendees and vendors. *

We aim to provide a draw prize for the benefit of market attendees. Would you like to provide a small contribution to the draw prize?

I acknowledge that I have been informed of the following:

1. As a vendor I am responsible for setting up and taking down my own booth(s).

2. The Gallery & Market Square are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen goods.

3. My payment is non-refundable.

4. The Gallery has the right to reschedule this market due to any unforeseen circumstances. My payment will be rolled forward to the next applicable market date if so.

5a. Vendors are free and encouraged to use The Gallery's promotional material on their own socials/website/etc. to promote themselves and the market as a whole.

6. Any sale of food and beverage must be in full compliance with Public Health Ontario. Please refer to:
