2026-2027 Student Pick-Up Form and After School Dismissal Arrangements
Families will be able to print their own QR code placards via the Enrollment Portal. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE QR CODE PLACARD IS
VISIBLE
DURING PICK-UP. A student will not be allowed to get in a vehicle if a current QR code placard is not displayed. If you do not have a physical placard displayed, you will have to park and walk to the office. Please bring your ID. You will receive a slip to take to the main student entrance to pick up your student. Please understand and cooperate fully with this procedure for the sake of the security and safety of all Archway Glendale students.

Be picked up at dismissal time via the pickup line in a vehicle. (This is the only option for half-day kindergarten students.)
Be picked up at dismissal time on foot at the main student entrance (QR code placard required).
Be picked up by a Glendale Prep Driver. Driver must have a valid Glendale Prep parking permit.
Be dismissed to leave campus alone (walking, biking, etc.). Students will NOT be allowed to remain on campus. ALL STUDENT WALKERS WILL BE DISMISSED AT 2:55 PM.
Go to Homework Club. (Pick up time is 3:50)
