Registration Form: Integrated Amrita Meditation (IAM-20) Online Course On Saturday, September 5, 2026

Please use this Registration Form to sign up to attend the IAM-20 Online Course on Saturday, September 5, 2026.

Integrated Amrita Meditation (IAM-20) is 10 minutes of relaxation exercises and 10 minutes of gentle, focused awareness.  Learning IAM-20 takes about 3.5 hours to learn but only 20 minutes a day to do.

Download Zoom ahead of time on your computer (you can get a free account) and note your username and password.  Some Zoom meetings and settings will require you to sign in with this information.

It is every student's responsibility to become familiar with Zoom and how to use it prior to class.

You can go to www.zoom.us to learn more or do a YouTube search for simple beginners' explanations.

The teacher(s) will be able to give some basic tips at the beginning of class and during the class when needed -- however, they are not experts in technology or individual computers.

Thank you for your understanding.

We recommend that you plan to use an electronic device with a large screen -- such as a laptop computer -- which will make it easier for you to see and to learn in a more comfortable manner.

THIS COURSE IS IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE.

The Course is open to anyone who is interested in receiving the benefits of meditation and is free of charge.
