FOR CLEANING BOOKINGS: Please list your top three priorities regarding this service (i.e. floors, master bedroom, dusting) or N/A if needing other services
FOR CLEANING BOOKINGS: A general clean includes: wiping, dusting, and sanitizing all visible surfaces, wiping any mirrors, wiping and/or scrubbing the shower, toilet, sinks, stovetop, microwave, window sills, and fronts of appliances, (oven will be wiped but scrubbing oven grime is a deep cleaning task) emptying small bins into the main trash, vacuuming all floors, and mopping any hard floors. Additional services can be discussed and agreed to prior to your appointment time.

FOR CLEANING BOOKINGS, do you desire any add-on services such as window cleaning, baseboards, moving and cleaning underneath appliances and/or furniture, dusting that requires a step latter, oven scrubbing, etc.? Please note that some requests may require an additional visit. 
FOR CLEANING BOOKINGS: When was the last time you had a professional house cleaning done? 
This is a NO judgement zone, and meant solely to give you a more accurate estimate on how long the cleaning will take. 
We use non-toxic, vinegar based cleaning solutions with pet friendly essential oils. Please list any special requests including scent sensitivities, or if you would prefer your own vacuum to be used:
Our minimum booking time per day is 2 hours, and maximum is 5 hours. (Does not apply to pet drop-ins) 
We require a $25 deposit (paid via Venmo or PayPal) upon booking your appointment, which will go directly towards your invoiced total. This is NOT an extra fee, unless you cancel within 48 hours of your booking :)
This form is an inquiry for services and does not serve as a confirmation for your booking. We will contact you to confirm your booking as well as process the associated deposit.
By checking this box, I agree to notify POMDS no later than 48 prior to my scheduled service appointment if I need to reschedule. If an alteration is made within 48 hours of my appointment time, I will forfeit the deposit .
