Parents- in order for FPAC (Franklin Parent Advisory Council) to better help the school, we have some questions that we would like you to answer.  The survey is pretty short and will probably only take you a couple of minutes to complete.  We appreciate the time and any information you can provide us through this survey!

Please know that this survey is completely ANONYMOUS, and we are not collecting email addresses from this survey.
