Forte requires students to notify their teachers of an absence or reschedule request at least 24-hours in advance, except in cases of last-minute illness or emergency. Students are always required to notify their teacher of an absence in advance and should avoid no-shows as much as possible.

Lessons that are canceled with less than 24-hours notice will count as a missed lesson and count towards your package.

Lessons missed without notice (no-shows) are tracked and multiple no-shows may result in dismissal from the program.

Lessons canceled outside of the 24-hour window can be rescheduled (based on teacher availability) or skipped, and will not count towards your package of lessons unless it is rescheduled for a later day/time.

Lessons canceled with notice within the 24-hour timeline are rescheduled at the discretion of the teacher.
