Whether you are a member of an OSA Student Chapter, a Recent Graduate Member or an established professional in the field, we invite you to sign up for one or both of these the during the 2015 Student Leadership Conference at FiO/LS on 18 October, an invitation-only event for student chapter leaders:

• Keynote Presentation from 10:45 – 11:30 PDT: "The Future is Bright and Light" Hans-Juergen Schmidtke, Director of Engineering, Infrastructure Foundation Team, Facebook; 2015 OSA Industry Council Chair-Elect

• Career- Focused Panel Discussion from 14:00-15:00 PDT: “Illuminating Your Career Path: A Panel Discussion With Hiring Experts”

Both broadcasts will allow online participants to submit questions which may be addressed in the Question and Answer portions.
Both of these broadcasts will help you get a picture of the opportunities and challenges for graduates beginning their careers in the optics and photonics industry. You can sign up online to view the broadcasts on 18 October at no cost or visit osa.org/slc for more information.
