We are excited to introduce the TrebleMakers Youth Chorale (TMYC) of Metro Detroit based at the Troy Community Center, an initiative through the HappyDay Music Project, directed by Ms. Roxana Han - (CLICK for Ms. Han's information, more info on TMYC & pictures and video links of her previous choirs). Join this exciting opportunity to grow in your singing skills, connect with friends and make new ones, and share music with our own Metro Detroit Community.

Goal of TMYC: Our ensemble is dedicated to helping singers develop strong vocal and music literacy skills, while also building confidence, character, and teamwork. 

Mission of TMYC: We share the joy of music through meaningful community performances across Metro Detroit at hospitals, retirement communities, community events, and our own concerts. 

WHO:  We welcome committed and enthusiastic singers ages 9 - 14, 4th - 6th graders  (even if this is your first choir), and 7th - 8th graders who are encouraged to serve also as leaders and role models for younger members. Singers come from Troy and all surrounding communities. 

WHERE: Troy Community Center (TCC)  Banquet Room 303; 3179 Livernois Rd, Troy, MI 48083

WHEN: Rehearsal/practice times every Tuesday evening 6:30-8:00pm beginning Sept. 8, 2026 - May 2027

COST: The yearly tuition for Sept 2026 - May 2027 is $415 for the entire year! - Paid AFTER audition review and acceptance to TMYC and the singer/family contract.  Tuition includes approximately 26 weeks of instruction/rehearsals and contributes to expenses such as: 1 choir shirt, musicians' fees, guest clinician fees, music printing rights, print services, music binders, venue rentals, audio/visual support, equipment, marketing needs, website, etc.

Auditions: We want YOU!  Audition SOON! Rolling admissions. Ensemble limited to 40 singers in the TrebleMakers Youth Chorale of Metro Detroit! Once full, waitlist available.
