Kingdom A&S Faire - Pentathlon Entry Form
This form asks for the required information for your entry into Ealdormere's Kingdom A&S Pentathlon Tournament. The Crown picks their new A&S Champion from the Pentathlon entries. You need provide 5 scored entries that show breadth and depth in your work. Artisans can withdraw from pent at any time without penalty.

Project documentation and any research paper entries are to be sent electronically to KMoAS. Any questions or concerns about the form should be sent to ealdormere.kmoas@gmail.com.
