Should my application be accepted, I understand that assets, developments, and contributions ("assets") that I make for the videogame modification known as Skywind ("Skywind") - such as concept art, 3D models, audio, coding scripts, level cells, texture art, writing, ideas, etc. - are submitted with the understanding that while I retain ownership of the asset, The Elder Scrolls Renewal: Skywind has the irrevocable right to use and modify the assets in perpetuity. This applies even if I leave the project.

The assets will be made available to the public with the release of Skywind, or at any other time, at the discretion of The Elder Scrolls Renewal: Skywind. The public may use and modify the assets within the terms of Skywind's license agreement. The Elder Scrolls Renewal: Skywind reserves the rights to modify this agreement at any time.
