Acceptance is based on a first come first serve basis and on student needs. Early release and
late Arrival is optional however, students who need to stay for the full amount of program time will be given first preference. Students must attend Club MAYA a minimum of nine hours per week.
*After filling out this form, once the 2025-2026 application becomes available, we will email the application to the email provided. The email will come from CitySpan. Once the application is complete, we will email an acceptance letter*
