DisPLACEment Booking Form (for community groups)
DisPLACEment is a media arts production and outreach program that brings Indigenous, migrant + refugee youth together to make + share short videos that bust myths, creatively explore changing ideas of ‘home’ and ‘belonging’, and shine light on the forces behind and consequences of displacement and re-settlement.

To accompany each film, the disPLACEment team have carely crafted and designed workshops to educate youth (and adults too!) across the province. The workshops are an excellent and unique combination of media, storytelling, creative facilitation and interactive activities that have the potential to engage people with a variety of learning styles.

> All bookings must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.
> Workshops require a 90 minute slot.

Tips!
In order to optimize our time with the group, it would be ideal if the following could be arranged in advance of our arrival:

On the day of the workshop:
> have the desks moved to the side of the room and chairs arranged in a circle,
> have a computer and projector (with speakers) ready to use on the days that they are needed (the artist/facilitator will be in touch with you about this).
