2023-2024 UCR Club Swim Member form
Practices Tuesday and Thursday 7-8:20 pm and Sundays 6-7:20 pm

Most of the meets we travel to are in Southern California and there isn't a time standard for any of the meets besides Nationals (April 5-7) and Regionals (Nov. 11-12 ).

Must Read:
There isn't a yearly membership fee for practicing and being a recreational swimmer. However, if you're planning to compete at meets, we do charge a club and meet fee per competition. The meet fee is charged and upheld by whichever school is hosting (price subject to change depending on the school). Club fees ($15) per meet will cover access to meets, resources, water, and snacks.

Additionally, swimmers must pay a one-time annual registration fee of $20 to cover College Club Swimming (National Organization) in order to participate in local, regional, and national meets. When we receive your payment, we will approve your registration and add you to our official roster. Please message us if this interests you or or simply sign up for our meet and we'll check if we've received your payment.

Our initial Club fees are astronomically cheaper and reasonable compared to most other sports clubs on campus or swim clubs at other Universities. For example, a southern California four-year University swim club pays an initial $100 a quarter in order to practice and compete, excluding miscellaneous costs. We're only charging our members if competitive swimming is something that may be of interest and at a much cheaper price.

Lastly, if a swimmer doesn't want to compete, they won't be required to pay any of these expenses. You can change your mind at any time during the academic year as long as you pay the necessary costs. After that, you would be able to travel and compete against numerous Universities with us.
