When sending in a product for repair, all the original parts associated with the product must accompany the product when sending it to the Valken warehouse. If a customer fails to send back all the components of an item, Valken does not guarantee the repair since the entire product and all of its associated parts were not present for the tech to test. The customer will be responsible to pay for all services and parts on any additional repairs. For example, if the customer does not send the magazine with an airsoft gun or magfed marker, the repair will not be guarantied.
Please note that any warranty, service, or repair on any non-Valken brand product must be coordinated with the manufacturer directly. Valken does not provide support, service or repair for AirUps LLC, Alkin, Custom Chrono, DYE, Enola Gaye, GoG Paintball, Habervision, HK Army, HTR - Exalt, J&J, GelBlaster LLC, Planet Eclipse LLC, Push Paintball, Sig Sauer, Umarex USA, and United Tactical Systems (First Strike).
