1. The first day of the Club is Saturday, February 9th and the last day is 99 days later, on May 18th, 2019. Pre-registration begins on Wednesday, February 6th. We encourage you to sign up early online!

2. You must order one drink (a shot will not count) or one item of food (take out will not count) in The Tombs every day. We consider the day from when we open that morning until we close at night; after midnight will not count as an additional day.

3. You must present your ID to your server or bartender when you place your order and have your name added to your check to receive credit for the day. It is your sole responsibility to confirm that your name is printed on your check each and every day. Requests to review missing attendance credit may be submitted here: LINK

4. Up to eight out-of-town absences may be excused by submitting a photo* with 1) your 99 Days Club Koozie or Tombs-branded gear 2)showing you enjoying food or drink at an 3)out-of-town social setting. Out-of-town is considered 20 miles or more from The Tombs, as calculated by Google Maps. Out-of-town photos are due by the following Monday after your absence.

5. You may receive credit for Spring Break for the period beginning Saturday, March 2nd through Sunday, March 10th by either:
a) bringing back a postcard from your Spring Break destination and submitting it to a Tombs bartender, or
b) submitting a photo* taken during Spring Break.
If you leave before March 2nd or return after March 10th, you must submit an out-of-town absence photo (see above) for additional missed days.

6. You may receive credit for Easter Break for the period beginning Thursday, April 18th through Monday, April 22nd by submitting a photo* of you with the Easter bunny. If you leave before April 18th or return after April 22nd, you must submit an out-of-town absence photo (see above) for additional missed days.

7. The following Extra Credit opportunities exist to make up for missed days:
a) Taking a quiz. Passing this open-book, crowd-sourcing quiz earns you 50 extra credit points. Each month a different quiz is available giving you up to 200 possible extra credit points (max of 2 days).
b) ”Where In The World” photos. Attendance credit of up to 400 points (max of 4 days) can earned with photos of your 99 Days Club koozie & Tombs-branded gear.* See attached list of locations and corresponding points.

8. A brass plaque is displayed with the final names of those that complete the 99 Days Club. Ranking is determined by number of actual days checked in at The Tombs plus Extra Credit days earned. Because the plaque is custom ordered, it is your duty and responsibility to make sure that your name is spelled correctly.

9. Raffle prizes will be given away most Wednesdays (Seniors’ Night) around 11:30pm, starting February 20th. All active 99 Days members will be entered in the raffle. You must be present to win.

*Photos can be submitted via Instagram by using hashtag #99DaysClub (Privacy set to public or accept @thetombs as a follower) or emailed to 99daysclub@tombs.com. By sharing these images with us, you give The Tombs permission to use these photos.

Honor Code
I understand that my participation in the 99 Days Club is completely voluntary and that lying, cheating, attempted cheating, submitting falsified documents, photos, content and dates, and plagiarism are not allowed in the 99 Days Club. I understand that violation of any of the above is grounds for revocation of my membership.
I pledge to uphold these standards to preserve the integrity of the Club and its individual members.
