GROUP 1: The beginning of your birth story
GROUP 2: The story of preparing to meet your baby
GROUP 3: The story of meeting your baby on the outside
GROUP 4: The story of your post birth experience  
*Group Meeting Dates and Times:
Group therapy sessions will take place virtually on Fridays from 11am to 12:30pm. 

*What you can expect to gain:
1. Organization of memories around your birth experience
2. Understanding of the narrative you tell yourself and others about your birth story 
3. Resolution of feelings around the birth
4. Feelings of empowerment
*Registration and Payment:
Group registration requires a commitment to attend ALL sessions. 

Fee is $350 and includes all 4 sessions which will be collected as part of the sign up process. 

Fee includes a Birth Story Reflection Guide.
