What is in a name?
The purpose of this survey is to once and for all identify what we should call current and or prospective users of the healthcare system and its goods and services.  There is a great deal of debate currently about what the proper term is to use.  The traditional term is patient, but trending term appears to be consumer.  Other terms have also been suggested.
