WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY?
The purpose of this 5-10 min survey is to assess the effectiveness of the onboarding mentors receive, as well as to determine what gaps in knowledge, perceived challenges, or barriers mentors experienced post-onboarding.

WHAT WILL YOU BE ASKED TO DO?
You will be asked questions related to the content of the onboarding, whether any aspects of the internship process remain unclear, as well as questions about your perceptions about your mentorship.

IS THIS SURVEY VOLUNTARY?
Participation in this survey is completely voluntary. You may also decline to answer specific questions by leaving them blank.

HOW IS YOUR DATA USED?
Data will be kept confidential and shared only with the research team. This information will allow us to improve future onboarding programs for mentors.

WHAT ARE THE RISKS AND BENEFITS OF TAKING THIS SURVEY?
While there are no direct benefits to individual participants of this study, the benefits to society are an improved mentorship program that has the potential to impact the next generation of tech workers.
