Little Lake Monsters: Community All-Stars

The Lake Monsters want to take this time thank each and every one of you kids for taking the time to be a part of the Little Lake Monsters Community All-Stars promotion, brought to you by Northwestern Urgent Care. There were hundreds of amazing applications sent in over the past couple of months, making it very hard for the committee to narrow it down to our nine (9) deserving new teammates.

Alas, we are pleased to announce the following nine (9) applicants who have been chosen as this years Little Lake Monsters Community All-Stars:

Ethan Fritz

Mira Filion

Dustin Beloin

Connor Nielsen

Grace Arcovitch

Madeleine Montagne

Ethan Schwaner

Storm Rushford

Brady Doorey

Each of the winners will experience what it is like to be a Lake Monster superstar for a day. Each winner will:

•Sign a one-day promotional baseball contract at a press conference at the Free Press Media's headquarters, where they will receive their very own custom Lake Monsters jersey and cap. Their contract will be signed by Oakland's Athletics General Manager, Billy Beane, and they will be represented by Vermont professional sports agent, Jamie Murphy, who represents several Major League players, like the Orioles' Nick Markakis and several professional baseball players

•Take a limousine from the press conference to Centennial Field, where you will meet the Vermont Lake Monsters team and take batting practice on the field with the team

•Throw out a ceremonial first pitch, join the Lake Monsters on the field for the National Anthem, and even get to sit in the dugout during the game for an inning

•Receive their very own custom Lake Monsters baseball card, which will also be a giveaway for the fans on the night of the game

•and so much more!

So congratulations to this years team, and thank you all once again for taking the time to be a part of the promotion, and thinking long and hard about the three topics/questions that both the Lake Monsters and Northwestern Urgent Care believe strongly in. Living a healthy lifestyle, being a good sport and being an integral part of the community are valuable life lessons that we are glad we have all been able to talk about with your families!

Keep up the great work kids! Keep up the great work parents and families! Keep working on improving each of these aspects of your life and we hope to see you again next year. To the nine winners, we hope you enjoy this once in a lifetime opportunity on August 22nd at historic Centennial Field.

See you at the ballpark,
