Institute seeks your valuable feedback on the curriculum design/development, teaching-learning process, examination/evaluation, research, general infrastructure, welfare measures and governance and your suggestions for further improvements in your Institute. Your responses will be kept confidential.
Against each statement a five point scale is given.
