In order to rent the WCC Clubhouse, you must be a member in good standing.

In general, the Clubhouse is available from May to September, excluding the dates of board meetings (2nd Saturday of each of these months).

Each property owner is allowed to rent the clubhouse twice each season.

Procedure
- Fill out the form below and SUBMIT - this will generate an email to the board.
- Within 72 hours of submission, a board member will reach out to confirm the date requested.
- After rental is confirm, the Renter will write 2 separate checks, each for $200 (one will be the security deposit and the other will be for rental payment).   At the WCC board meeting that occurs prior to the rental date, the Renter will submit the checks and sign the Rental Agreement.
- On a date prior to the rental, a WCC board member will meet with the Renter to exchange keys, as well as determine the cleanup and checkout date/time.
- After the rental, a WCC board member will review the Check-Out Form with the Renter, return the security deposit (assuming there are no deductions), and ask for the keys to be returned.


*WCC supports the rental of the clubhouse for family events such as birthday parties, anniversaries, etc.  The Board reserves the right to refuse a rental based on the nature of the request.
