25-26 Hough Leadership Application
NEW Student Leadership Application Form 2025-2026

Thank you for considering taking Leadership at Hough next year.  Hough administration, student services team, and teachers have reorganized how the leadership class moving forward at will be offered.  Students will be allowed to take Global Leadership Seminar I starting in their sophomore year and junior year students will have the opportunity to take Global Leadership Seminar II.  Students must take either Global Leadership I their sophomore year and or Global Leadership II during their junior year to be enrolled in Honors Dream Leaders their senior year.  Honors Dream Leaders will require additional course work and responsibilities.  Students can still take leadership for the first time their Senior year but will be enrolled in Global Leadership I.

The purpose of Leadership is to make a difference in the school environment and community. Not only do we take part in organizing pep-rallies, Homecoming events, and student activities but we also strive to make an impact in our community.  Our goal is to bridge Hough to the community creating an all-inclusive school community.

Requirements include serving as new student orientation leaders, public speaking, community meeting attendance, serving as a representative within the community, working closely with administration and implementing inclusive leadership strategies.
