The South Euclid-Lyndhurst City School District is committed to providing community members with access to the Korb Field Track while protecting our students, staff and the facility. Individuals wishing to use the walking track must register and comply with the District's Korb Field Track Pass rules.

The Korb Field Track Pass authorizes personal track use only. It is not a facility rental permit and does not authorize organized activities, exclusive use, or commercial operations.

Korb Field Track Pass

Permitted Use

My Korb Field Track Pass permits only personal walking, jogging and exercise on the designated track during posted public access hours.

I Agree That I Will NOT:

Enter or use the synthetic turf field.

Conduct personal training, coaching, camps, classes, or any commercial activity.

Bring pets (except service animals).

Bring bicycles, skateboards, scooters, rollerblades, or motorized vehicles onto the track.

Smoke, vape, use tobacco products, consume alcohol, or use illegal drugs.

Litter or damage District property.

Share my access credential with another person.

I Understand:

School activities always have priority.

Access may be suspended due to school events, maintenance, weather, or safety concerns.

I must follow all posted signs and directions from District staff.

My Korb Field Track Pass may be suspended or revoked for violating these rules.

I have read and agree to follow the Korb Field Track Pass rules.

Korb Field Track Pass – Access and Replacement

To help us manage access and keep the program current, Track Passes that have not been used for 12 consecutive months will be deactivated. Individuals may reapply for access if they wish to use the track again.

Your first Korb Field Track Pass is complimentary. If your pass is lost, damaged, or requires replacement, a $15 replacement fee will apply to help cover the cost of issuing a new pass.

Assumption of Risk and Release

I understand that walking, jogging or other forms of exercise on District property involves inherent risks, including slips, falls, weather conditions, and other hazards. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law, I release and hold harmless the South Euclid-Lyndhurst City School District, its Board of Education, employees, and agents from claims arising from my voluntary participation in the Community Walking Program, except where prohibited by law.

I have read and agree to the Assumption of Risk and Release.
