Cornucopia Basics

**NEW THIS YEAR: Cornucopia is going to a 2-day Festival!
Date: Saturday-Sunday, September 28-29, 2019
Location: Thorpe Park, Flagstaff, AZ
Festival Hours: Saturday: 10am - 8pm Sunday: 10am - 6pm
Set up: Friday (9/28) 4pm-7pm (complete by: 9am Saturday)
Tear down: 6pm - 9pm Sunday (MUST be complete by 9pm!)

Vendor/Booth Prices:
Small Space Vendor $350.00 Early Reg: $300.00 (10x10)
Large Space Vendor $500.00 Early Reg: $450 (10x20)
**For space more than 10x20: $500 +$100/ft over 20'
Non-profit $150.00 Early Reg: $125.00 (Must have 501c3 #)

Early Registration (before 08/01/2019. *Please note: payment needs to be received the week of 8/1/19.*)

Decisions on vendors are based on quality and a desire to have as broad a variety as possible.
Please include SPECIFICALLY what you will be selling as to avoid any overlap & potential loss in sales between vendors.
Vendors are required to participate and operate for the duration of the festival, rain or shine.
Never submit passwords through Google Forms.
