Tattoo Booking Request (London)
Hello! Being the queen of poor organisational skills, I’ve decided to continue the form approach thing that I introduced at the beginning of the year. I would have never thought spread sheets would have such a calming effect on me, but they really do!

Please fill in the form, I will review them and contact people to book the tattoo. I get lots of requests and oftentimes I can’t get back to everyone (If you're one of them, I’m sorry about that). Sometimes I have people tell me they had thought I would never get back to them and then suddenly we were booking, so bare with me!
To try and make it a faster process I will offer the same date to more than one person, the first one to confirm and pay the deposit is the one who will keep it.
Even though I can’t get back to everyone, please know that each request is reviewed carefully and that all the love and support I get from each and every one of you means the world to me, and I only wish that I was a bit better at keeping up with my social media and emails to be able to show it as it deserves.
That being said, let’s go do this super fun form thing!

Is this the first time you are filling in a booking form?
One Form per Person
Please fill in one form per person. If you want to come together with someone please refer to this in the comment box at the end. Refer their name and email so I can get organised.

What would you like to get done? (Please note there are certain things I will not do as I feel like I wouldn’t be the best person to do them, that my style isn’t the best suited for it or I’m just not drawn to the theme. Some of these include: letterings; silhouettes; two dimensional/ flat objects; dragons; Buddhas and other religious figures/ symbols that I don’t know much about; mandalas. I also don’t do cover ups or transformation of existing tattoos, as my style of tattoo doesn’t allow for good results in this areas)
(a flash tattoo is a pre-made drawing, usually there will be a few for you to choose from and even though they weren’t done specifically for you, it will still be unique as I only do each one once)
In a few words describe the image that you would like to get done, not the abstract concept eg: lion with poppies (if you have several ideas write them all here, separated by commas) *
Your answer
where do you want your tattoo? *
Your answer
If you’re not sure yet of where you want the tattoo you can write more than one possible placement and we can discuss the best option for your idea.
IMPORTANT: I don’t do rib/ belly tattoos as the skin in this areas doesn’t allow for the best results with linework.
What size?
Is the area free or does it have other tattoos on?
What months and days of the week would work the best for you? (keep in mind there’s only 4 Saturdays in a month and I don’t work on all of them or Sundays, so it would be best to include some weekdays here)
I will start booking from June onwards, so if you want to book for a later month I will take longer to get back to you. No need to send extra e-mails though because I'm not booking through the emails.
Days of the week
Some pieces will need longer than one session to complete. The ideal way to do it would be to wait at least a month between them to give it time to heal between sittings, but if you’re traveling from further away and don’t mind sitting 2 or 3 days in a row we can arrange for that too.
How much of an advance notice do you need, to get organised for a booking?
Can you easily fill in a last minute cancellation ?

If you live in London and/or can easily re-arrange your plans last minute (a couple of days notice) I’ll keep you in a special “last minute” list in case someone cancels, if you don’t get a booking place just now.
I charge 170£ an hour. Usually a “medium” (10-15cm) tattoo will take around 3 hours to complete. This is just so you have a rough idea of prices, but of course the time to complete each piece will depend on, not only its the size, but on its complexity as well. You can see some timing examples bellow.

To secure the booking you will be asked to pay a deposit of 100£ per booking day (in case you want to book more than one day) which is non-refundable if you cancel, but will be deducted from the final tattoo price. The booking will not be final until the deposit is payed. While we are negotiating dates I will hold a date for you for a max of a week.

I understand that in order to book a tattoo I have to pay a non-refundable deposit of £100 *

If you have any other questions or thoughts please write them down below.
For instance, if you have specific days in which you could come or if you have a budget to work with, write it here.
Your answer
Thanks so much! And hopefully, see you soon!
I will review all the forms carefully and get back to as many people as I can. Bare in mind it can take a while as I think my “admin gland” came as a duplicate “eating gland”, so I find it stupidly difficult to organise myself. I am currently living and working in London, so this would be a booking for London unless otherwise agreed or stated.
I have read the whole form thoroughly and am aware of how things work *
