Our volunteers make our event! With help from caring folks like you, we can accomplish tasks from setting up to cleaning up and everything in between.  You'll have the opportunity to meet your neighbors & make new friends.  Whether it's for the whole day or a few hours, we need YOU!

As thanks for your efforts, when you sign up in advance for four or more hours, we offer these great benefits: ◘ event t-shirt ◘ snacks  ◘ entry to our hay ride!  STUDENTS earn =>Community Service Hours<= for all hours worked.

If you see something you'd love to help with, but aren't sure about the shifts, we're happy to work with you to meet your scheduling needs. Exhibitor Manager - work with exhibitors, answer questions, problem-solve, be cheerful and helpful.
Adult position. Requires excellent people skills and lots of walking/standing.
Operations Center Manager - check volunteers in/out; point folks in the right direction; be cheerful and helpful.
Adult position. Mainly sitting job.
Entertainment Wrangler - ensure upcoming performers are ready to keep the stage fun rolling on time
Adult position. Sitting and walking near the stage to locate performers.
Set-up Crew - ensure our event is ready to rock the community. Set up tables/chairs. Move and distribute items (25lbs or less).
Work gloves can come in handy.
Break-down Crew - DOUBLE SERVICE HOURS! Ensure we bring our event to a wonderful close. Break down tables/chairs. Move items (25lbs or less) and tidy up event areas. Collect all trash bags and recycle bins.

Sanitation - DOUBLE SERVICE HOURS! Keep our event clean and tidy. Monitor trash/recycling levels.  Replace trash bags as needed.
This is a great job for a couple of friends who want to work together. You will have time to enjoy the activities.

Event Staff Support - dedicated helper for an area manager.
Great for someone who's ready to move around all day! You will have time to enjoy the activities.

General Help - coverage for whatever needs arise. May require some lifting, if you're able.

Hay Ride Ticket Sales
Adult position. Sitting, with some standing.

Costumed Walker - have fun in Colonial-era costume, while helping attendees find where they need to go

Petting Zoo Helper - work with animal handlers to monitor crowd level and help in any way needed

Parking Lot / Traffic Attendant - direct cars into and out of parking areas
Mature/independent individuals required. Adults needed. High school juniors/seniors ok.  Hours count as full-benefit four-hour shift.

DOUBLE SERVICE HOURS! (No snacks or t-shirt) General help with tasks to prepare for the big event the next day

Here are a few things to keep in mind. Traffic around the four corners (Rt. 108 and Rt. 216) can become backed up due to the event, so please plan your arrival time accordingly.  Bring a refillable water bottle to stay hydrated from our coolers.
