Newfound-Owatonna Career Network
One of the biggest current challenges for Camp is finding qualified staff for each summer. College students are being strongly encouraged to do internships and are looking for experience in their fields of study. We believe that we can retain the best staff if we are able to help them find meaningful internships and support their future careers.

Our plan is to build the Newfound-Owatonna Career Network with devoted volunteers from our expansive Camp family who are willing to support our staff as they move through college and into the working world. This support might take the form of informational interviews or help with finding internships and jobs. Only current and recent staff members will have access to the information via the Camp directors.
