This is a nomination form for fencing Teen Leaders in North Carolina. Any parent or athlete who is a member of a USA Fencing club can nominate a teen from their club who has shown outstanding contribution to upholding the team value of: perseverance, resilience, accountability, integrity or community. Anyone can also be nominated for a Service Award in which the fencer demonstrated service to a community outside of their own home club. Please one entry per form. You can nominate as many people as you'd like and fill out as many forms as you'd like. The Forge Teams board will announce the awards at the Teen Leadership Meeting June 8th.
