The Great Roller Derby Injury Survey
Hello, I'm Sausage Roller and I'd like to know about ambulances.

I'd like to know what the average injury rate is when playing Roller Derby. It's really hard to tell if your league is low/average/high in terms of injury rate, so I've put together this little survey to try to find out. The more leagues who can fill it out, the better. All results will be shared as soon as they show anything useful.

Feel free to skip any question not marked as Required.

Leagues names won't be disclosed in the results when they're published.

The WFTDA are currently supporting a formal survey of injuries (http://www.wftda.com/news/academic-study-examines-roller-derby-injuries), this is less about the specifics of the injury, and more about the frequency. Quantity not quality, if you will.
