For new clients, a $190 intake is required to determine appropriate group placement and therapeutic goals for your child.

CAMP COST:

Full-Day: $950

Half-Day: $500

DEPOSIT: $300 due to hold spot

Full-Day Camp:
The summer camps are 30 hours of intensive therapeutic skill camps which take place Monday-Friday 9:00am to 3:00pm. For all clients, a nonrefundable deposit of $300 is required to hold your child's spot in the summer group. The remainder of your fee ($650) is due on the first day of camp. The total payment for the summer camp is $950. Payments are not refundable if your child becomes ill or chooses not to participate. If the camp is cancelled for any reason, your deposit or any fees paid for camp will be refunded. The initial intake will not be refunded; however, you will not be required to have another intake for your child to participate in any other services at Art It Out.

Half-Day Camp:
For all clients, a nonrefundable deposit of $300 is required to hold your child's spot in the summer camp. The remainder of your fee ($200) is due by the first day of camp. The total payment for the summer camp is $500. Payments are not refundable if your child becomes ill or chooses not to participate. If camp is cancelled for any reason, your deposit or any fees paid for camp will be refunded. The initial intake will not be refunded; however, you will not be required to have another intake for your child to participate in any other services at Art It Out.

Please note that registration or intake are not guarantees that a child will be appropriate for our intensive summer camp. Also, if your child expresses repeat verbal or physical aggression during camp, you may be asked to remove them from the camp. In this event, you will be refunded for any camp days that your child has not yet participated in; however, refunds will not be given for partially attended days.

Due to the therapeutic nature of our camps, campers may receive insurance reimbursement. We will provide you with the superbill on the 5th of the following month for you to submit to your insurance company. (For example, if your child finished camp on June 15, client will receive superbill on July 5.) We recommend that you call your insurance before beginning camp to determine if prior authorization is necessary. Camp is coded as therapy CPT code 90853 and is led by a master's level clinician.
