1. Finance - In this team you will establish how and where to use the donated money towards the youth group. You will also manage fundraising 
2. Marketing - This team is in charge of the social media posting, posters, and other forms of marketing to draw people into events. 
3. Outreach - This team will constantly be connecting with other organizations (when necessary), guest speakers, officials, etc. Strong communication skills are a must. 
4. Membership - You will manage applications (like this one!) and ensure that new members have the right roles 
5. Events - In this team you will plan events 
6. Editors - Help advertise contests or call for papers/articles, and editorials.
